How often are guided calls?

Guided calls take place every two weeks during your agreed buildout period. Your team works on the account between calls, and we review progress and establish the next priorities together.

What does our team contribute to a done-for-you build?

Your practice participates in information gathering, shares existing materials, answers follow-up questions, and reviews the content for accuracy. We confirm the expected involvement and timeline when defining your project.

What if our vision, mission, or core values aren’t documented?

Let Mandy know during information gathering. We’ll discuss what is already established and what needs clarification before it becomes part of your practice’s Trainual content.
